Our services for your stay

  • Apartment for rent weekly, the price includes utilities (water, electricity, gas) use kitchen / kitchenette (crockery, plates and glasses will be delivered at your arrival) and final cleaning
  • Wi-Fi Free
  • The use of the laundry room is free
  • Visit of our farm, to be agreed with the owner for hours and days

Extra services

  • Extra linen:  € 5.00 per person
  • Bath towel for swimming:  € 3.00
  • Pets allowed free
  • The dog should always be kept on a leash and they can’t enter on the pool area

Own production: meats, beef, pork, mutton, vegetables.


  • Upon arrival each guest is asked to report to Reception to deliver an identity document and carry out all formalities
  • The balance will be paid the day before departure
  • The late arrival and early departure does not entitle to any refund
  • After 24 hours of delay on the scheduled arrival, if not received notice, the Department shall be deemed authorized to cancel the reservation
  • In case of cancellation the deposit is refunded to 50% if the same reaches us by registered mail within 7 days. the start date of stay
  • The noise, radio, radios, televisions loud are strictly prohibited.
  • Silence must be respected from 15 to 17 and after 24. Guests who do not respect the rules of the Regulation, or that give rise to discussions likely to disturb the peace will be removed from the farm.
  •  The car park is unattended.
  • There will be examined complaints or complaints that have not been submitted before departure in writing or by registered post with acknowledgment countersigned.

General Conditions

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit of 30% of the total via wire transfer.

From the time of booking, in the event of cancellation by the customer, will be applied (unless otherwise agreed) the following cancellation fees:

  • up to 30 days of arrival no penalty;
  •  from 30 to 15 days of arrival 30% of the total reservation;
  • 15 to 7 days before arrival 50% of the total reservation;
  • 7 to 1 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation;
  • the same day or in the case or not been informed of the cancellation of the reservation (no-show), the 100%

In all cases of termination or cancellation, the deposit will be retained.

If there is a reservation for more than one apartment as part of a group of families will require a deposit for each apartment or room. If a cancellation will overtake only of an apartment, the deposit of that apartment will be deducted from the living room of confirmed bookings.

In case of an early departure, the deposit will be retained, and in high season must be paid the full amount of the booking.
