Early check-in for the use of the pool: always on request, subject to availability, € 5.00 per person.
Late check out for the use of the pool: always on request, subject to availability, supplement of € 10 per person, over 18 pm will be charged an extra night.

For WE / weekends, public holidays and long weekends we accept bookings with a minimum of 2 nights for apartments and 1 night for studios (except for any agreements with the owners).

Minimun stay in high season is 7 nights from saturday to saturday (except for any agreements with the owners)

Own production

We produce a wide selection of products by raising our animals, with which we prepare meats, cheeses and fine cuts of meat (beef, pork, sheep), everything we produce can be purchased in the farm shop.

Rules

• Upon arrival each guest is asked to report to Reception to deliver identities documents and carry out all formalities.
• The balance will be paid the day before departure or directly at the agriturismo.
• The late arrival and early departure does not entitle to any refund.
• After 12 hours of delay on the scheduled arrival, if not received notice, the Department shall be deemed authorized to cancel the reservation.
• In case of cancellation the deposit is refunded to 100% if the same reaches us by e-mail within 30 days before the arrival.
• The noise, radio, radios, televisions loud are strictly prohibited.
• Silence must be respected from 14pm to 16pm and after 24. Guests who do not respect the rules of the Regulation, or that give rise to discussions likely to disturb the peace will be removed from the farm.
• The car park is unattended.
• There will be examined complaints or complaints that have not been submitted before departure in writing or by registered post with acknowledgment countersigned.

Our services for your stay

• Apartment for rent weekly, the price includes utilities (water, electricity, gas) use kitchen / kitchenette (crockery, plates and glasses…), linen, towels, the use of the washing machine, final cleaning, the use of the dog agility course and the use of fitness parcour

• Visit of our farm, to be agreed with the owner for hours and days

Extra services

• Extra linen: € 5,00 per person
• Pets allowed free (at a weekly cost of € 15,00 for cleaning)
• The dog should always be kept on a leash and they can’t enter on the pool area
• Heating is counted outside the cost of the apartment

General Conditions

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit of 30% of the total via wire transfer.

PENALTIES AND CANCEL RESERVATION
From the time of booking, in the event of cancellation by the customer, will be applied (unless otherwise agreed) the following cancellation fees:

• up to 30 days of arrival no penalty;
• from 30 to the days of arrival 100% of the total reservation;

In all cases of termination or cancellation, the deposit will be retained.

RESERVATION MORE APARTMENTS
If there is a reservation for more than one apartment as part of a group of families will require a deposit for each apartment or room. If a cancellation will overtake only of an apartment, the deposit of that apartment will be deducted from the living room of confirmed bookings.

EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of an early departure, the deposit will be retained, and in high season must be paid the full amount of the booking.
