General Terms and Conditions for the Client
- Reservations can be made according to 3 main types: telephone contact, e-mail contact or direct booking through our booking engine.
- In high season and unless otherwise stated, the reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit of 30% payable by bank transfer or by credit/debit/prepaid card
- The reservation is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties without the consent of the farmhouse.
- Rates are divided according to 2 seasonality i.e. high and low season
- The rates shown on the pages of the website related to the apartments are the weekly rates of the high season
- In high season the minimum booking is 1 week from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise indicated or unless otherwise agreed with the owners
- Any cancellations must be communicated in writing via e-mail and are subject to specific cancellation policies.
- In high season, cancellation of the reservation is free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival, from the 29th day the guest will forfeit the entire deposit paid at the time of booking (equal to 30% of the cost of the entire accommodation).
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the reservation may be charged.
- Check-in is possible from 16:30, while check-out must be done by 09:30.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be arranged with the owners and may incur additional costs.
- Early check.in to enjoy the pool, always upon request subject to availability, € 5.00 per person.
- Late check-out to take advantage of the pool, again upon request subject to availability, by 2:00 p.m. surcharge of € 10.00 per person, beyond 6:00 p.m. an extra night will be charged; in any case the room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
- In the case of an early departure the entire amount of the stay must be settled
- Guests are expected to abide by the rules of the facility and to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
- Silence is to be observed from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and after midnight. Guests who do not respect the rules of the regulations, or who give rise to discussions likely to disturb the peace will be removed from the farmhouse.
- The parking lot is unattended
Any damage caused to the facilities or their contents will be charged to the responsible guest. - Swimming pool hours: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- At the pool, it is mandatory to comply with regulations that include the use of swimming caps, no diving, showering before entering, and maintaining quiet and decorum
- The dog must be kept on a leash at all times and may not enter the pool area
- The property offers certain services and activities included in the price of your stay. Other extra services may be available at an additional cost.
- The use of the kitchen for short stays (less than 5 days) will be charged separately
- Extra linen change €5.00 per person
- Heating (if necessary) is counted outside the cost of the apartment
- The cost of staying with dogs is subject to costs that depend on the type of apartment
- It is possible to rent bicycles on site at a cost of €10 per day
- It is possible to recharge your electric vehicle in the company upon request for an RFID card from the facility employees
- Recharging is subject to costs which will be communicated to the facility
- All services indicated on the site except those specified here are to be considered free unless otherwise indicated or communicated
- The farmhouse assumes no responsibility for the loss or theft of guests’ personal property during their stay.
- Guests are responsible for their own well-being and are required to respect the safety regulations in force.
- The farm reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes will not affect reservations already confirmed.
- The farm will not be held responsible for any delays or impediments due to force majeure beyond its control.
- All terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state or country in which the farm is located.
Carefully reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions is essential before confirming a reservation at the farmhouse.
